I loved the room's spacious layout. a well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy. i was grateful for the underground parking. It offered convenient access. the mountain views from the balcony were really good, too. and the heated pool was nice!

the breakfast delivery was punctual and came directly to the room. portions were generous, great to combine breakfast and lunch. a diverse selection of items was provided daily.

the hotel offered close proximity to the main street, about a 15-minute walk. snowlandia was easily accessible within 10 minutes. a carrefour express supermarket was a 5-minute walk away.

amazing stay with heated pool and comfy rooms!

the heated outdoor pool was super! i loved the warm water and mountain views. the breakfast was great. it was delivered right to the apartment each morning.

the coffee machine in the room was a bit broken. i reported it. they promised to check it but it stayed the same the entire stay

The Verde & Spa apartment included a garden. Its convenient location provides close proximity to the pool. I appreciated the easy access to underground parking. The apartment featured two bedrooms and a living room.

The curtains did not fully block the light. This was a minor inconvenience during the early mornings. The street noise was noticeable.

ill-fitting curtains inadequate bedding

i found some issues the curtains in the room were not properly sized this let in too much light the bedding was also inadequate the comforter and sheets were too small it made sleeping difficult also the cleanliness was not up to par i expected better for the price i paid the staff did not address these concerns effectively

The apartment had a washing machine, very useful. The outdoor pool had warm water. The location is near a supermarket a short walk away. I am grateful for the amenities.

The staff was unresponsive. It took multiple calls to reach them. I found the lack of communication about breakfast orders inconvenient. extra towels cost an additional fee, though the dirty towels remained in the apartment.
